Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to the digital entertainment products provided by MANIFOLD64 L.L.C. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our games (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to access and play the game for your non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the underlying proprietary engine, mathematical libraries, source code, artwork, audio, and narrative, are owned by the Company, its licensors (including specific theoretical engine frameworks licensed independently), or other providers.

No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service.

Pure Entertainment Nature: The software provided is exclusively for virtual entertainment and digital artistic representation. It is explicitly prohibited from being integrated into any industrial, engineering, or military applications. Furthermore, the Company explicitly states that it does not engage in offline physical industries, scientific research experimental services, engineering calculations, or educational training businesses.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable national or international law.
Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
Engage in unauthorized data mining, scraping, or automated querying.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANIFOLD64 L.L.C., ITS DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
